Changed times
Posted at 6:57 AM on April 4, 2008
Another thing that is abundently clear from this college trip is the way that film studies have changed in the years since my days in college.
It used to be a big deal, a treat even, to see a movie on campus. I saw one program this week which basically screens a different feature every night throughout the academic year, and prides itself on never repeating.
I found myself wondering if I would have either the stamina or the time mangement skills to take them all in, either as a student, or as I am now.
But it's always good to have a goal.
