MSPIFF: Best of the Fest

There are still a few days left, including the gala presentation of Werner Herzog's journey to the South Pole "Encounters at the End of the World," but the Best of the Fest list is out both for the Twin Cities and for Rochester.

In Minneapolis the films will be at the Oak Street and the schedule is:
