Minnesota Film Arts sent out a release today announcing that other than special screenings on July 10th and 25th, the Oak Street Cinema is closing for the summer after tonight's screening of "Bamako." The reason given is the construction going on at the nearby Oak and University intersection for the new U of M football stadium.
The release says to check back at the MFA website in mid-August for the full fall line-up to begin after Labor Day
