The Namesake

Just a quick note which I've been meaning to write for some time: if you are looking for a gentle, thoughtful, and grown-up type film, make sure you see "The Namesake." While it's a story very firmly set in India and the East Indian community in the US, this is a story which will resonate with anyone interested in the realities of immigration into the US.
