I had little inclination to go see "Premonition" even before I read the reviews.
However Sony Pictures have to be congratulated on one of the more interesting film posters in a while. It's not often that the curling paper in the fluorescent display cases warrant a second look, but the optical illusion used in "Premonition" is rather cool.
It is reminiscent of the poster for "The Descent" which was another one I had to miss because of the way it combines claustrophobia with mean little beings with sharp teeth. I read somewhere that it's an homage/rip-off of Salvador Dali.Whatever, it is pretty eye-catching.
