Ten Second Film Festival tonight

After the fireworks tonight you can go see what your friends and neighbors have been up to with their cellphones.
The winners from the "Ten Second Film Festival" created by Chris Pennington and Dave Temby (above) will be projected on the side of the Soap Factory in Minneapolis.
