The Walker in Minneapolis just announced it's throwing together, at short notice, what sounds like an interesting event with the producers of "Napoleon Dynamite" and others about making film and TV on a shoestring or no money at all.
The "Dynamite" guys, Sean Covel and Chris Wyatt, will join former "The Daily Show" producer Ari Fishman and filmmaker Bill Rude for a discussion in the Walker Cinema on Tuesday July 18th at 7.
Tickets are free but are only available on the evening of the event, starting at 6. The theater sits about 350.
Covel and Wyatt are in town teaching a series of classes at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design.
