The Highliner garden

Has anyone seen the ambitious garden greenway project being built in New York? The idea is to change an old freight train railway into a 1.5 mile garden. This isn't like the one in Minneapolis, though – the highline is suspended high above Manhattan's streets and seems to be designed for walkers and casual strollers (rather than bikers zooming through at high speed.)
