Should the state require corporations to reveal individual donors for ballot amendment campaigns?

Minnesota laws typically get passed by a select group of people we choose to put in these positions of power.
But when a policy goes before the electorate as a ballot question - such as defining marriage in Minnesota as between a man and a woman - then there is no middleman or middlewoman.
Now you are the lawmaker. And so it seemed that the Insight Now revolved around the role that you, the voter, plays in this exercise of direct democracy.
On June 30, the state Campaign Finance and Disclosure Board ruled on the matter saying that individuals giving through corporations to ballot amendment campaigns should be disclosed.
