What kind of person vacations in Iraq?

When word got out that three U.S. hikers were detained in Iran after they somehow stumbled across the border from Iraq, people all over the web started asking, "what kind of person vacations in Iraq?"


Ask Tyler Wagner. In 2005 he took a trip to Ahmed Awa, the spot where the hikers were visiting. Tyler said Ahmed Awa has a lot to offer a traveler and it's absolutely safe . . . as long as you know how to stick to the right side of the map.
