Just enjoyed this video tour with Constance Nompelis, a Minneapolis realtor with a thing for houses most of us would run from, screaming.
She took along local short doc makers 612 Authentic on a visit to a few foreclosed homes in North Minneapolis on the market for...
$25,000.
That's right, bargain hunters. Get 'em while you can. I've just got two words for you: water damage.
