For once, the LoopCast slipped through our grasp on a Friday. But never fear. We got busy on Monday (thought the dag-gum podcast feed is taking forever to update). This time serve up a few last goodies unfortunately cut from the Dorothy Day show, including a monologue, some short poems, and an entire song.
Here's one other related link to check out. After the show aired, Wisconsin singer-songwriter Brad Dunse emailed us a tune of his own on the subject (click the top links at the top of his page for "She's Long Gone"). He describes it as "a sort of somber yet pointed message of the replenishment of folks to the streets, as they are socially invisible to most." Thanks, Brad!
