Toy safety resources
Posted at 5:00 PM on December 10, 2007 by Nanci Olesen
In relation to the conversation I had with Tom Crann this afternoon, here are some resources for finding which toys contain chemicals which might be dangerous to children:
Healthy Toys is a consumer action guide to toxic chemicals in toys. It’s a project of The Ecology Center.
Toy Info is the Toy Industry Association’s website, “a parent’s resource for facts and information about toy safety."
(Go back to my December 6 posting, Toxic Toys, to read more….)
