Floor session Palooza!

It's a Floor Session Palooza Day at the Capitol. A point to every legislator who speaks to legislation. So far, the Senate is off to a good start, with a spirited debate over SF122, which requires auto restraints for children under 8 years old.
Some Republicans have objected to the bill (a link to which I'd love to give you by the Minnesota Senate Web site has been really poor for the last few days and it's almost impossible to get anything to work on it). It passed the Senate Committee of the Whole (which I consider worthy of FP points).
FP Points (FP - Floor passage) are at stake for Sens. Carlson, Dibble, Ingebrigtsen, Foley, and Dille.
The Senate is also passed SF463, which increases maximium fees that a notary public can charge you (I don't recall ever paying for a notary seal, but then again, I never asked). Currently the maximum is $1. Points are at stake for Sens. Betzold, Olseen, Foley, Jungbauer, and Rummel.
Odds and Ends:
