I like Prog Nouveaux

Now we have to decide what we mean by Prog, let's keep it to good prog
in other words those who do not like it at all should refrain from replying, but what bands are we talking about when we say they are influential?
And no Googling ..oooh I never even thought of that:)

i like tubular bells too but i never thought of it as prog.

what comes immediately to mind is bands like yes and elp.
