Guest DJ Set ; Adam Freeland

Well known for leading the emergence of a style of dance music called 'Breakbeat' he has been one of the resident DJ's at Fabric in London for a year and was nominated for a Grammy for his remix of
'Fever' featuring Sarah Vaughan released on the Verve Remixed Vol 3.
grooveradio.com or residentadvisor.net are good places to start to find out more.
We didn't play his DJ set of breakbeats, but a selection he just did for the compilation series called 'Back To Mine'.
Here's what we played;
Eliot Smith - needle in the hay
PJ Harvey - the slow drug
Funkadelic - maggot brain
Dykehouse - sandy strip
M83 - lower your eyelids to die with the sun
Trans Am - a single ray of light on an otherwise cluody day
Boards of Canada - zoetrope

thanks for listening
