It's no surprise that Chris Martin of Coldplay said a few weeks ago that his band considered "giving it up" after seeing this one perform.

My only complaint was that I couldn't understand a dang thing that vocalist Win Butler said between songs. However, I started to wonder after a few unintelligeble mutterings -- is this this place so packed that the audience is essentially absorbing half the sound in here? Is that possible?
