« Triple-A Conference | Let's not talk about the weather » Last day to become Founding MemberMay 23, 2005 Steve and I are back from Philadelphia and are busy clearing away the inevitable volume of email and voice mail. I brought Thorn as many freebies from the conference as I could cram into my suitcase, including a lot of interesting-looking CDs that are pre-release. This afternoon we have another big presentation here in St. Paul - a few dozen people interested in underwriting on the station are coming over to meet us and hear more about life "behind the scenes." In case I haven't mentioned it lately, we are relying entirely on community support to fuel The Current, so membership, underwriting, gifts, and grants are vital to our growth and development. In fact, today is the last day - ever - that you can become a Founding Member of The Current. Anyone who wants the Founding Member vinyl and/or the t-shirts, or wants their name on the Founding Member plaque - today is the day to make your contribution. Thanks very much!
