« TGIF | We want you to go out and hear some live music! » My tulips are blooming and Thorn's aren'tApril 11, 2005 Thorn and I both enjoy gardening. My tulips bloomed first and I think he's jealous. I hope the gardeners among you got outside over the week-end and commenced digging. If you'll recall last April, at this time it was still very much winter! I was too busy to write the web log during the work day today. We had three, count 'em, three bands in the studio today. What can really make things interesting is when one is late and another is early. Somehow everything more or less got done and the radio station stayed on the entire time. Miraculous! We also had a meeting with a potential underwriter and shared all our hopes and dreams for the station's future - always fun. If you didn't hear Mary Lucia's interview with Griel Marcus last Friday, you really missed something special. They talked about his book - an entire book about Bob Dylan's song, Like a Rolling Stone. Check it out in the on-line features on The Current's web site. The audio from the complete live interview is there to enjoy. Posted by Sarah Lutman at 08:25 PM

How does one eat hotdogs and drink herbal tea and expect Tulips to bloom? Posted by: rafstra at April 15, 2005 06:27 AM

Your tulips have _bloomed_ already? Yeesh. Ours are barely poking from the ground. On the other hand, my hops are also poking up, so I guess it all evens out.
