Song of America is a stunningly wonderful new program. The place where American roots music converges with classical, the place of Charles Ives and Aaron Copland and Ruth Crawford Seeger, for instance, along with many many others, is a place MPR should be going much more often, in my opinion. Hope this series continues for a long time!

So glad you're enjoying Song of America! Thomas Hampson created this as a 13-week series--we will be presenting all 13 shows.
