Music Hath Charms (and Health Benefits)

Here's another one of those "studies have found" stories, about the health benefits of various music-related activities.

Didgeridoo lessons may help sleep apnea. And, listening to music may ease back pain. Bad news for us radio folks, though--the effect seems to be heightened if sufferers pick out the music themselves. . . .

Makes perfect sense to me-----listening to overloud, "heavy metal", etc. CAUSES pain, on the other hand....it gives me terrific headaches!
