Central MN road conditions improving, MnDOT says

Things are still pretty hairy in Duluth, but conditions in central Minnesota are getting better.
Many of the roads in the central part of the state have been upgraded from "hazardous" to "difficult," the Minnesota Department of Transportation said minutes ago.
