Minnesota arts groups struggle with money woes

The Minnesota Orchestra has declared its biggest deficit ever. The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra projects a deficit for up to a million dollars for 2011 to 2012.

The Penumbra Theatre has had to cancel two plays as it copes with its own shortfall.
