LIVE: Minnesota AG announces anti-bullying legislation

Attorney General Lori Swanson today will urge lawmakers to pass a tougher anti-bullying law.
Swanson will hold a news conference with a state lawmaker, law enforcement representative and several students, spokesman Ben Wogsland said.
