Dayton, lawmakers meeting at 3 p.m. on Vikings stadium

Gov. Mark Dayton is expected to meet with Minnesota legislative leaders at 3 p.m. today to talk about the Vikings stadium, including House Speaker Kurt Zellers announcement that he opposes a special session this month to vote on any Vikings stadium bills.
Despite Zellers' position, GOP Senate Majority Leader Amy Koch says a November special session is still possible.
