Santana now a Former Twin....

According to USA Today, the Twins have shipped Johan Santana to the New York Mets for 4 prospects: outfielder Carlos Gomez and pitchers Phil Humber, Deolis Guerra and Kevin Mulvey.

This is a sad day in Twins Territory, Santana is the best pitcher ever to suit up for the Twins. Now we'll get to watch him win Cy Youngs from a distance. At least he isn't a Yankee.

Santana to Mets

USAToday is reporting that the Twins have a tentative agreement to send Johan Santana to the New York Mets, in return for prospects Carlos Gomez, Phil Humber, Deolis Guerra, and Kevin Mulvey. The deal reportedly depends on the Mets being able to sign Santana to a contract within the next three days.
