The Autograph Man
During his career, pitcher Don Carman had worked diligently to sign and return every fan letter he received. After his playing career, he moved, and some time later cleaned out his garage and found a box of 200-250 letters of fan mail that he had misplaced in the move, and responded to them 15 years from when they were originally sent.

I wish more players were that dedicated, what a nice think to do even all these years later. I would be thrilled to get a letter in the mail even now.
