The big news today is the official announcement that the Twins will be moving away from WCCO radio over to KSTP next year. The Twins had been on CCO since 1961, the team's first season in Minnesota, but business is business, as they say.

Tradition is overrated. i was hoping for an FM station so I can get better reception at work. Nevertheless, I think 1500 has a sharper signal. I'll have to test that sometime
Last time I listened to a game on WCCO, I was sort of upset about the indifference to name mispronunciation. The guy actually explained how one player's name was supposed to be pronounced, then continued to revert to the wrong one for the rest of the game... not counting all the others that were incorrect.
