A week ago, the Twins lost in the shortest game in Safeco Field history. Yesterday they won the longest game in U.S. Cellular Field history, in 5 hours and 9 minutes.
Possible player of the game: Twins reliever Matt Guerrier, who pitched 4 innings of shutout relief, extending his scoreless streak to 18 1/3 innings.
