Mary Nease, senior vice president, Human Resources, was most recently vice president of Corporate Human Resources for Travelers, formerly The St. Paul Companies, where she began in 1999. She previously worked for U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray, a regional broker dealer, where she led human resources generalist and staffing functions. Nease earned a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She is a director of Women Venture, a non-profit economic development agency for women providing business development and career planning services throughout the Twin Cities metropolitan area.
